Wendel, Ph.D. John Wendel has over 17 years experience in ethnographic and qualitative research. He has presented on ethnographic methods at the following conferences: Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference - September 2006, Portland, OR Center for Business Intelligence’s 2nd Annual Pharma Leadership Summit on Decision Support and Analysis - November 2005, Princeton, NJ Spring 2004 Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group Conference - Orlando, FL John has extensive experience conducting research on a range of conditions and therapy areas for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Prior to working in the pharmaceutical industry, John was an Assistant Dean at Fordham University in New York and was an administrator at Temple University. He also conducted three years of fieldwork in the Pacific Islands of Micronesia. John earned his B.A. from Fordham University and his Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Rochester.
